So you know someone who is a real asshole and you feel the rest of the world should know about them huh? Well, you've come to the right place. The submission guidelines are pretty simple.

1) Don't lie. I have gone over this with several lawyers. If you lie, then lawsuits will be involved. If it is nothing but truth, then there is nothing they can do about it. Keep in mind, if you do lie and I am contacted by lawyers, your information will be handed over to the authorities.

2) It has to be something serious. If someone cuts you off in traffic, they might be an asshole for that moment, but get over it. If someone kills your pet, call the police, I can't do shit. But let's say your best friend of 20 years sleeps with your wife while you're in the hospital due to a heart attack, then he's a real fucking asshole and the world needs to know.

3) Do not, I repeat, DO NOT add their physical address, home phone number, work phone number, work address, ect. ect. All that is acceptable is their first and last name, and a picture if you have one. Don't go stalking them just to get a pic either.

4) Please remember to read the Terms & Conditions before submitting someone. By submitting someone to be listed as an asshole on this site, you agree that you have read & agree to the Terms & Conditions.

a)You agree that we at Assholes R Us.com will not be held responsible for any repercussions that may or may not stem directly or indirectly as a result of you being submitted/listed on this website, or you submitting someone to be listed on this website; whether they are listed or not.

b)To put it in basic terms, if you get pregnant/miscarry, fired/promoted, sued, picked on/congratulated, beaten up, become comatose/wake from a coma, killed/resurrected or anything else that can or cannot be considered negative/positive and/or detrimental/advantageous, it isn't our fault.

5) Your submissions are not re-typed or re-worded. Any and all grammatical errors that are made (though very personally annoying) will be left in. I will not alter your submission in any way, shape, or form, or any variation thereof. Your email address will also not be disclosed; unless you specifically request that it be left in the submission. Personally, the only reason I can think of why someone would want their email address in would be so the asshole in question would know who it was that submitted them. If that's your poison, so be it.
